Why We Built This: The One Problem We Couldn't Escape
For more than a decade, my partners and I have been launching businesses all over the map. Different countries, different tech stacks, different languages. We’ve built hardware, shipped software, and operated in many different environments.
Even though we were often running in different lanes, we always crossed paths, kept in touch, and traded our entrepreneurial war stories.
Eventually, we realized something.
It didn’t matter what year it was. It didn't matter what country we were operating in. It didn't matter if we were entirely bootstrapped with zero budget or sitting on a fresh round of funding.
We were all hitting a lot of different brick walls that we had to bulldoze through, but the one wall we always had in common every time was finding the right talent.

Finding high-agency builders who actually understood the constraints, cared about the product, and knew how to execute was always the single biggest bottleneck to scaling.
It's the ultimate common denominator. And honestly? It’s an eternal problem. As long as people are building companies, finding the right team will be the hardest part of the job.
So, in December 2025, we made it official. We stopped just talking about the problem and decided to build the exact solution we always wished we had.

We launched this boutique agency for one specific reason: to help fellow entrepreneurs—especially small to mid-size companies—bypass the traditional, broken HR machines and find the people they need to actually ship their products.
We are starting exactly where we have the deepest roots and the most hard-earned scars: The US and Japan. We aren't career recruiters. We are founders helping founders solve the hardest puzzle in business.
Let's get to work.
